Jan 17, 2004 · Never saw this before..I have WinXp Professional and I try to run IPCONFIG .the DOS screen comes up just for 1/2 a second or so and then just blinks right off.I can't read a thing .. doesn't matter if I run IPCONFIG /ALL or simply IPCONFIG..the screen won't stay on.
