Let's clear up some facts first: auto IPv6 addresses do not work on anything less than a /64. DHCPv6 has nothing to do with IPv6 autoconfiguration. Since pfsense is getting a /64 from the ISP's router, it cannot break that into smaller subnets and hand out addresses on its (pfsense) LAN side interfaces. That's why it's not working.
