Jul 12, 2020 · Find IP Address of Email Sender in Gmail. Log into your Gmail account. Open the email and click on “More” (inverted triangle beside Reply). Click on “Show original”. In the next window, press Ctrl + F and search for “Received: from” (without quotes). You may see the IP address of the sender (See screenshot). I went travelling for a year in Australia (2001/2016) so I got a SIM to put in my phone. 8 months in I created an email address (was similar but not the same as my original email) but I cannot remember exactly what it is. I do however know that the recovery phone number is my Australian temporary SIM number.
