This weekend I set up a 3-unit Deco P9 wifi network in my home (one on each different floor). The Main Deco runs in Router mode, connected to the internet modem provided by the Cable company. When the network is up, connection and speed is excellent on all floors. However, connections keep disappearing every 10-30 minutes. Solved: internet keeps dropping out - 231025. I know this is of no help but needed to say well at least you get to turn your tbox on. I never had issues with internet at the apartment, but now it seems that a few times a night the internet is dropping out so that all the lights on the modem go dark and it seems like it reboots. I have my modem in bridge mode to a d-link router and when this reset happens, the fifth lights on the modem, I believe it is the ethernet light does

My NBN internet just keeps dropping out for around 15 seconds every 10 minutes before resuming the connection. The connection status on the right bottom corner on windows was telling me my computer was still connected even during a dropout. I have tried restarting the modem, but nothing has changed.

Oct 12, 2019 · starting this year my internet starts randomly dropping for no reasons. had contact agent for a few times, had a tech guy come to my home for 2 times. nope its not fixed.. my obeservation is looks like a upstream issue. 1. it happened almost every day at the same time. 2pm. at least for continuesly 2 days.

Within just the last two weeks, I've had some other family members come to live with me. They're able to access the internet with their devices, no problem. But my computer keeps losing its connection. Even during the times I can't access the internet, my computer shows that it's connected to the network.
