My router model is Linksys WRT54G, and I have followed online guides such as the one at www.portforward.com in order to change the NAT type. However, none of the methods I have seen have worked. NAT Type 3 means that your PlayStation is behind a router and does not have the PlayStation network ports forwarded to it, or it is not in the DMZ, or UPnP is not working.
