The Post Office is not a bad ISP, but personally I recommend Plusnet. With them you will currently get a Technicolor TG582n router. With them you will currently get a Technicolor TG582n router. These are only moderately better than the Zyxel ones, but from experience do seem to be compatible with Windows 8.1. You can call Post Office Broadband鈥檚 customer support team on 0345 600 3210 or write to them (this is the Post Office, after all) at Post Office Telecoms Services, PO Box 14125, Selkirk TD7 9AF. Once you reset the router, the password for logging into the web interface and the WiFi password will be reset to their default passwords. The speed has been perfect 馃憣 it has not been turned off even though I was late for my bill twice but I will make sure I pay up to date cause I respect them.

Jun 19, 2009 路 I do have my own Netgear DG834GT Wireless Router, and have tried using the Post Office username and password, but it wont sign-in. The supplied ZyXEL router from the Post Office came pre-configured, so I think they've locked the connection down somehow to only work on that router.
